Community Liaisons

The community liaisons at the following schools provide assistance and refer families to community resources and agencies as appropriate. They also serve as a bridge between home and school with regards to attendance, communication, and parent education. Liaisons report to their site principals.

Special Services Subdepartments

The Special Services Department includes the Special Education Department and the Health Services Department. (Look for them in the shortcuts in the navigation pane at the far left.)

     

Mission

 

The Student Services Department will focus on attendance and child welfare, maintaining a positive school environment that is safe and free from disruptions, and keeps students engaged in school.

Interdistrict Permits

 

Completed applications with required supplemental documentation should be submitted to the Student Services Department between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  Permits will be reviewed and processed within 15 days of receipt.

Transcript Requests

Transcript requests can be mailed, emailed, or faxed (along with a copy of your ID/Driver's License) or submitted in person to the Student Services Department.  Requests can be  faxed to (626) 931-3020  You must show ID/Driver's License when picking up transcripts.  Please allow 5 business days for processing of records.
